About the Faculty
The faculty of physical sciences is a child of the former faculty of science which was established in 1976. The former faculty of science was splitted into faculty of physical sciences and faculty of life sciences on the 17th June, 2017. The faculty currently has three departments each running a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The departments are:
1) Department of Mathematical Sciences
2) Department of Physics
3) Department of Pure and Industrial Chemistry.
